The Cam Desk

How tokens work, without a cartoon wallet

A token is a chip. You buy a pack from the site in dollars. You spend the chips in a room: a tip, a menu item, or a private priced per minute in tokens. The performer never invoices you in USD. The site already took the dollars. That conversion is the whole mechanism, and it is why “40 tokens a minute” feels cheaper than it is.

We operate 1stcams.com, a token-room site. Public rooms are free to watch. Packs are paid. We do not hand out a starter pile that behaves like a private. If a banner said otherwise, the banner was the product, not the room. Not the official Stripchat, Chaturbate, or Streamate sites.

Buy a pack, then the chips sit there

Small packs cost more per token. Large packs cost less per token and are easier to empty because the number looks like a game score. Ballpark in 2026:

Promos move the edges. Processors add their bit. Unused tokens stay in the account until you spend them or the site’s rules say they expire — read the cashier, do not assume a bank. A leftover balance is not a gift. It is a reason to come back, which is the point of the model. Full pack ranges also live on cam token prices.

What a tip buys (and what it does not)

A tip is a public payment in a public room. One to five tokens is a nod. Ten to twenty-five is a real hello. Menu items — a specific bit she listed — are often 25–100+ tokens. Everyone else in the room still sees it. You did not buy privacy. You bought a moment in a broadcast.

A tip is not a private. A tip is not exclusive. A tip is not a contract that she stays public. If you wanted 1:1, you start a private at her token-per-minute rate. If you wanted advice on size and timing, that is cam girl tips. If you wanted the send-a-tip click path, that is how to tip cam girls. This page is the chip.

Privates priced in tokens

Token privates commonly run about 20–90 tokens a minute. Exclusive (no spies, room is yours) is higher, often 40–120. At ~10¢ a token that is the same $2–$12 per minute neighborhood as a pay-per-minute site, with most rooms in the middle. She sets the number. A Tuesday afternoon is not Saturday night.

Spy mode, where it exists, is cheaper than being the person who started the private, and you are watching someone else’s paid show. Some performers disable it. Do not count on it. Do not treat spy as “almost free.” If you wanted a dollar clock instead of chips, that is the other model — tokens vs private.

How a session actually spends chips

You land on a grid. You watch public for free. You buy a pack when you decide to participate. You tip, or you click private, or you do both in the wrong order and wonder where 200 tokens went. Three honest patterns: browse-and-poke ($10–$25), one private ($25–$70 once you count the hellos), or an evening you did not meter ($80–$150). None of those is a billing error.

Do the arithmetic before private, not after. 60 tokens/min × 12 minutes is 720 tokens. At a dime each that is $72, plus whatever you already tipped in public. If that number is larger than your ceiling, do not click. The cashier will not stop you.

Who tokens are for

People who want public rooms and optional spend. People who will try two or three performers without starting a dollar clock each time. People who already think in menus and goals. People who should skip this: anyone who hates leftover balances, anyone who arrived from a “free tokens” maze, anyone under 18, anyone looking for a rip of a show. We do not do rips. Adults only.

Buy a small pack first if you are unsure. A hundred tokens teaches you whether you like the room. It is not a relationship. We operate 1stcams. The CTA is that grid, through our hop, not a raw wrapper.

Open rooms / buy tokens 1stcams — public is free to watch. Packs are paid.

We operate 1stcams.com (token rooms). Not the official Stripchat, Chaturbate, or Streamate sites. Pack and per-minute figures are ranges; performers set room prices.
